Answers to some of the most asked questions about Little Birdie’s catering services.
After I submit my inquiry, what should I expect?
Once you submit the form with information about your event, we will be working on your custom quote. Then you should receive your quote via the email you provided. This typically has a turnaround time of 24 hrs.
What do I need to provide for you to service my event?
We require a level area for the cart, and a dedicated 15A wall outlet.
Do you offer any non-dairy options?
Yes! We offer oat milk as a standard non-dairy option.
Do you offer customization?
Yes! We offer a few different customization options as add-ons to the service. These include a custom branded cart, custom branded cups, decaf espresso beans, cup decorations, and custom chalk signage. You can choose which of these add-ons you would like in the inquiry form.
What is your pricing model?
We do either “catering-style” where there is a flat fee that is paid based on the event size and duration, or a “pay-by-the-cup” model that mimics a typical coffee shop. The “pay-by-the-cup” model requires a smaller set-up fee.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, we book events a minimum of 10 days in advance. However, please reach out if you have a last minute event and we will let you know if we have availability.
Do you offer any drinks that are not espresso-based?
Yes! We offer matcha and chai lattes as well.
